Done! I've drafted both files and opened PR #49 (docs/readme-agents-md → main):

  • README.md — Project overview, quick start guide, inputs documentation, build instructions, and project structure
  • AGENTS.md — Tech stack, conventions, architecture overview, event handling details, and CI/CD info
